Megan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a B.A. in legal studies with Spanish as a secondary field of study. Megan is also a member of the National Political Science Honor Society – Pi Sigma Alpha.
Megan is starting her career as a paralegal with Loniello, Meier & Associates. Megan is very detail-oriented and brings experience through her education in legal research, documentation, and file management.

Max Meier is a partner at Loniello, Meier & Associates.
The focus of his practice is real estate and business law, including both transactional and litigation matters. Max has extensive experience in complex real estate transactions, including sophisticated tax-deferred exchanges and commercial transactions that require careful attention to numerous details. Condominium law and landlord-tenant law are also some of Max’s specialty practice areas. He is a trusted advisor in both single- and multi-family transactions and a strategic advocate for his clients when adversarial matters arise before or after closing. Max has organized hundreds of LLCs and has advised business owners at all stages from formation through exit.
